AttendanceLedger Privacy Policy

AttendanceLedger is a local attendance register app. It is designed to work without an account, without cloud sync, and without connecting to payroll or banking systems.

What the app accesses

• Staff names, roles, pay amounts, attendance marks, and optional notes that you enter yourself.
• App-private local storage used to save your attendance register on-device.
• Android notification services used to remind you when attendance entries are still missing.

What data AttendanceLedger collects

• AttendanceLedger does not require an account.
• AttendanceLedger does not upload your attendance register to our servers as part of normal app use.
• AttendanceLedger is not designed to collect personal data for profiling or analytics in the base local-first flow.

How attendance data is handled

• Staff entries and attendance marks are stored in app-private local storage on your device.
• Notification scheduling is handled on-device through Android WorkManager.
• If you uninstall the app, app-private stored attendance data is removed from the device.

If AdMob is enabled in a later release, review the final Google Play Data safety answers and public privacy policy before release.
